Information That May Be Collected
We may receive information submitted in a contact message, such as a name, email address, and the content of the message. We may also receive ordinary technical information generated by a browser or device, including IP address, browser type, page requests, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates or times of use.
If a search field sends a query to a third-party provider, the query is passed to that provider. Do not enter sensitive information into a search or contact field unless you understand the provider's own notice and terms.

Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies may be used to maintain service functions, understand traffic, measure advertising, or remember limited browser preferences. Browser settings can often limit or remove cookies, although doing so may affect how some features work.
How Information Is Used

We do not operate the Parmer County Jail portal, city records systems, courts, TDCJ, or federal locator systems, and information submitted here does not become an official records request.

Outside Links and Search Partners
Pages may link to the Parmer County sheriff, jail portal, courts, city agencies, Texas systems, federal locators, local media, and other third-party resources. We do not control those sites, their availability, their search results, their cookies, or their handling of information. Review an outside service's privacy notice before using it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, but no internet transmission, storage system, or third-party connection can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending material that is not necessary for a service question.
Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Your Choices
You may ask about the personal information in a contact message, request correction of inaccurate contact information, or ask that a message be deleted where retention is not required. You may also change browser cookie settings. Requests do not apply to a government record or to information held by an outside provider, sheriff, court, or search partner.
Changes to This Notice
We may revise this Privacy Notice as the service, law, or provider relationships change. The version posted on this page takes effect when posted. Continued use after a revision indicates acceptance of the current notice.
